NHS health check
The NHS Health check is a check-up for adults in England aged 40 to 74.
It helps to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia.
It is for adults who do not have a variety of pre-existing conditions e.g. heart failure, stroke, diabetes etc.
You should receive a letter every 5 years about booking it in.
